audiomod without the tc4429

I wanted to build an audiomod ma for my zt. : D
Unfortunately, I find the tc4429 nirgens and therefore I can not build following circuit :(:(: http://www.kurts-werkstatt.de/index.htm
the tc through which ic can replace 4429?
or one can give me a better and lighter circuit?

If you are that thing even looks at, then you can see that the TL494 quasi operated in emitter circuit, dh who is TL494 time distance of the signal in a specific, that will be worn to pin 8 on Earth. Thus there is no more voltage on pin 8, the signal is low. so a simple inverter. and since the MOSFET driver is also invertierend, it all evens out again. want you now use a noninverting drivers, so you must grab just the signal on pin 9 and the resistor from pin 8 to omit plus.
